I am an experienced and collaborative Learning and Development Professional with over 15 years of combined expertise in human resources management, organizational development, succession planning, career mapping, training and upskilling, instructional design, and coaching. I have a proven track record in driving organizational growth through innovative learning solutions and dynamic learning experiences for adults.

 

I am proficient in organizational psychology, personality theory, leadership development, and neuropsychology. This deepens my understanding of adult learning theories and connects with my passion for engaging adult learners to situationally-appropriate digital delivery systems. I am committed to enhancing adult education through tailored, impactful, and results-driven approaches.

As an ICF-Certified Coach, ​I have trained, coached, and mentored many employees into their executive careers. I excel at coaching for effective workplace communications, navigating difficult conversations, developing leadership presence, mindfulness and self-reflection, coaching skills for leaders, and career mapping and career exit strategies.

In my current role as Organizational Development Coordinator for ACCGov, I have demonstrated a proven track record in effectively managing our branded LMS platform, ensuring seamless functionality, and optimizing the learning experiences of employees. I have successfully collaborated with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative instructional strategies, leveraging my expertise in instructional design methodologies.
