Performance Management System Deployment

We undertook a monumental project that propelled our organization's performance management process from a traditional, paper-driven, annualized system into a cutting-edge, digitized, cloud-based solution that seamlessly integrates with our Learning Management System (LMS) through a powerful API. This transformative journey commenced with a carefully selected pilot group of around 300 participants hailing from diverse departments, serving as a litmus test for our organization's readiness to embrace this paradigm shift.
